Cacaoii offers ceremonial-grade cacao and related products.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time without notice.
In the case of limited editions or pre-orders, delivery times may vary. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a suitable solution.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept secure payment methods such as credit cards, iDEAL, PayPal, and other payment options offered at checkout.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Orders placed on business days are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.

Free shipping may apply above a certain order value (as stated on the website).

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate. Cacaoii is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Conditions:

• Products must be unused and unopened.
  
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  

Due to the nature of our products, opened or used food items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Promotional Offers and Free Items

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, or free items as part of a marketing campaign.

If you return part or all of an order that included a free or discounted item, the promotional item must also be returned in its original condition.

If the promotional item is not returned, the full retail value of that item may be deducted from the refund amount.

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
