Return policy

Before returning any item, please contact us first via email at hello@cacaoii.com.

Unused and unopened products may be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that products which have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety regulations.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and credited to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can provide a suitable solution.
